Two years ago, I had Tint Cartel tint the panoramic glass, the side windows and the windshield on a new car I had purchased. It was wonderful. I told everyone I knew about them and sent some of them there. I could not say enough about them.One week ago, I bought a high-end car. Prior to purchase, I called them to get a quote, and was told 850 for the entire car, including the panoramic glass. After I took possession of the car, I took it to them, "1 week old car". I wanted the panoramic glass done, the windshield, and the front side windows to look just like the rear windows. The owner said "I have no idea who told you 850, but I will take care of it, they were wrong"When I took it to them, three "3" of them (including the owner) looked at my car independently and agreed with what I wanted to do. (They tried to high pressure me into doing the entire car, and then ceramic it). I set up an appointment and they said drop it off between 8 and 9 and they would call me when done.My wife dropped me off at about 4, it was not ready. I waited until 5:45 while they rushed to get it done. I took it home and parked it. The next day, my wife and I had an appointment and got into the car. My wife about had a fit. The seats had grime on them, the door seals were covered in crap, the windows were dirty, they left crap in the back seat, and the seat had more crap on them. The console between the front seats has a mark on it that won't come off (This is a 1-week-old car). AND the tint on the front windows is nowhere close to the back windows!!!! THREE (3) of them said they could do it.We took it back, only to be told to have the front match, we would have to do the entire car.......... I was NEVER told that!! By THREE (3) of them no less. If that was the case, why get them done at all??? They already had tint on them. I'm guessing it was for the 400.00 it took to do the two windows.Asked them to clean the console, they took it back, wiped off some of it (didn't even clean the windshield, we had to do that), but they could not clean the console. Said he was going to pay someone to come to my house and fix it, and he was going to pay for it. Hmmmm, how nice of him huh? Guess we will see if that ever happens. Yes, I was upset, I said was going to leave this review, he got upset and said, "Why threaten me with a review when I'm making everything right?"If you spend the money on a high-end automobile, and want a professional tint job done on it, I have no idea where to take it, but I would be very Leary of "TINT CARTEL". I won't give or direct any more business their way again. I’m not going to crucify them or call them names. I’m just stating facts that they cannot deny (or defend in my opinion)
